Jindal Resources recognises people as the foundation of its growth. Across Mozambique and Cameroon, the organisation supports local employment, skill development, safety standards, and inclusive opportunities that contribute to regional stability and national development.
The organisation promotes a people-first approach based on safety, learning, inclusion, and skill advancement. The aim is to build a capable and confident workforce that can contribute to Africa’s long-term industrial growth.
Guiding Principles:
Local hiring and inclusion
Skill-based training and career development
Fair and respectful workplace relationships
Diversity across roles and leadership
Vulcan Mozambique
Vulcan Mozambique is one of the largest employers in the country. The organisation provides direct and indirect employment to more than seventeen thousand individuals and contributes significantly to livelihood opportunities across nearby regions.

CAMINA S.A.
CAMINA S.A. is currently in its development phase but has already embedded local participation in recruitment. A majority of the current workforce consists of Cameroonian nationals, with a high proportion hired from surrounding villages.

Training programs across both operations focus on technical learning, safety awareness, and job readiness. The initiatives aim to strengthen local capabilities and prepare individuals for opportunities in mining, logistics, engineering, and related sectors.

Workplace safety remains a non-negotiable priority. Regular briefings and awareness programs support safe operations across work sites and neighbouring communities. Health and safety communication is part of daily routines in both countries.
Grow Professionally.

Jindal Resources supports growth through structured training, career mobility, and emerging roles within operational and technical functions. As projects evolve, more specialised opportunities will be created across various regions.

Jindal Resources invests in people because their knowledge, dedication, and values shape the future of its operations. The organisation continues to build work environments where skills are nurtured and potential can grow with confidence.
